TWO PAIRS
When a player has two separate pairs of cards and one other card.
For instance : J, J, 7, 7, 5
In case of a tie the player with the pair, which is of greater value would be considered the winner. When the pair of greater value is the same with both players then the second pair of cards would be considered. A poker player with the greater value of the second pair of cards would be considered the winner. If both players have both pairs of equal value then the final card would be the deciding factor in the poker games.

ONE PAIR
When a player has one pair and three assorted cards.
For instance : K, K, 4, 5, 7
When there is a tie then it’s the player with the pair of greater value who would win poker games. If the pair is of the same value then the determining factor would be the card with the greatest value amongst the other cards.

HIGH CARD
In this situation the player doesn’t have even a single pair.

In case of a tie it’s the player who has the card of greater value that would be considered the winner. If the card of greatest value were the same with more than one player then the next greatest card would determine the winner and so forth.

THE STATUS OF THE ACE

Unless the dealer states differently the ace is always considered the greatest or the lowest card, but the ace cannot be used in the middle of a hand. That is to say (Q, K, a, 2, 3) For most of the hands one would prefer to use Ace as the greatest card than the lowest. Although the ace could be applied for the smaller straights (A, 2, 3, 4, 5) and this way

It could be applied as the lowest card but it would be considered a straight game of online poker
